• Own the end-to-end design process across the platform
• Design intuitive UX for buyers, sellers, banks, and operations teams
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Conduct user research and gather customer feedback
• Create and maintain a scalable design system
• Establish visual standards and design guidelines

• Figma (required)
• Lottie, After Effects, Rive, Principle, Framer
• Motion design and prototyping tools

• Strong UI/UX and product design fundamentals
• Exceptional visual design skills
• Excellent proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing complex SaaS products
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems
• Strong attention to detail
