Bid smarter from the start

A few essentials that make bank-owned auctions simple and transparent.

Do your due diligence

Estimate the property's value and renovation costs, inspect it, get a title report and research the neighborhood.

Have your funds ready

Most properties on Vihara.ai are cash only, so the property must be paid in full by the closing date.

Know the Reserve Price

The Reserve is the minimum a seller will accept. The Opening Bid is only where bidding starts.

Watch the final minutes

Bids placed in the last 2 minutes extend the auction, so every bidder can place a final bid.

What is an auction event?
An auction event is a scheduled time period during which a group of similar properties are auctioned. To determine if properties belong to the same event, compare the Event ID number found on the Property Details Page.
