The roleThis is not a ticket-and-standups engineering role. You will own products from idea to production — working directly with founders, engineers, and enterprise clients to define problems, build solutions, and ship production code. You must be comfortable embedding directly with customers and working hands-on across the full stack.
If you are not passionate about software, this role will not be a good fit. You must be very technical.

What you'll do- Own technical delivery and execution across multiple AI initiatives
- Work directly with enterprise clients to deeply understand business problems
- Convert customer requirements into working software and production systems
- Prioritize and build features based on customer impact, engineering effort, and business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and AI teams throughout development
- Drive sprint planning, technical scoping, and product delivery
- Define success metrics and continuously improve products based on customer feedback
- Ensure products are intuitive, scalable, and solve real-world business challenges
- Coordinate launches and communicate product updates across stakeholders
What we're looking for- Proven experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer or Senior Software Engineer
- Extremely high ownership, and you must be very technical
- Passion for software and AI
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and directly with customers
- Ability to write production-quality code and translate requirements into working systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity
